BEFORE YOUR TATTOO APPOINTMENT…

To ensure the best possible experience and result, please read the following:

PREPARATION:

  • Get a good night’s sleep before your appointment

  • Eat beforehand and stay well hydrated (feel free to bring snacks/drinks)

  • Avoid alcohol the day before your appointment

  • Do not come in with fake tan on the area being tattooed

  • Do not use numbing cream unless discussed with me prior

  • Please moisturise 24 hours before your appointment

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area.

Black clothing is recommended as ink may stain fabrics.

ARRIVAL & TIMING:

Please arrived on time to your appointment

  • If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible

  • If you are 15+ minutes late without notice, this will be treated as a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited

  • If you are late but have contacted me, we may need to reschedule depending on the day’s schedule

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS:

I understand that things come up, however:

  • A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to reschedule

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Rescheduling more than once will require a new deposit

  • If you cancel your appointment, a new deposit will be required to book

NO SHOW POLICY:

Please respect the time allocated for your appointment.

No-shows will result in:

  • Loss of deposit

  • Inability to book future appointments

FRIENDS & SUPPORT PEOPLE:

You are welcome to bring one support person if needed

Otherwise, please attend your appointment alone. For group bookings, only those being tattooed should attend.

Please do not bring your children to your appointment.

CUSTOM DESIGNS:

Your design will be sent to you 1-2 days prior to your appointment. This will allow you a chance to sit with your design, and make minor adjustments before your appointment. Any major chances may result in needing to reschedule your appointment. The quote I give you at the time of the booking is based on the information you give me prior to booking, therefore if you request major changes this may also result in a change to your quote.

    A small surcharge applies to card payments.
